Thank you for visiting the online home of the Tennessee chapter of the Global Business Travel Association (GBTA). We recognize you have choices when it comes to professional organizations, and we are thrilled to share what makes ours truly unique. Our members include corporate travel managers, procurement professionals, and representatives from top hotels, airline, transportation, and travel management organizations in the region. Together, we form a dynamic community dedicated to advancing the business travel industry.
Our chapter covers Middle Tennessee—centered around vibrant Nashville, also known as Music City—and extends east to the picturesque mountains of Chattanooga and Knoxville, as well as south to our neighbors in Northern Alabama. We are committed to enhancing the professional development of our members while giving back to our community. Through unparalleled educational programs and scholarship opportunities, we strive to equip our members with the tools they need to succeed.
Our monthly meetings feature leading educators and experts in business travel and related industries. Topics range from airport operations and convention strategies to cutting-edge discussions on duty of care, sustainability, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), data analytics, traveler mobility, and fostering strong buyer-supplier relationships.
Whether you’re a seasoned Travel Manager, an Executive Assistant newly tasked with managing travel, or an Industry Sales Leader, we’re here to support you. We warmly invite you to explore our events, join our association, and bring along a colleague to experience the wealth of networking opportunities we offer.
This year, our goal is to strengthen relationships and grow our chapter membership to reach the exciting milestone of "105 in 2025"—and we’re getting closer every day! We encourage you to get involved in one of our committees and stay engaged with our monthly programs.
