What Makes a Winning Travel Program?

The Traits for Travel Program Success are coming to TBTA!

Will Tate, partner at GoldSpring Consulting, talks about the top traits shared by truly successful programs and their leaders. Whether you are a buyer or supplier, you are sure to gain insights from GoldSpring's 250 years of collective experience delving into the habits, practices and personalities that make for an above-average industry prowess.

Will Tate is a partner at GoldSpring Consulting, an independent travel management consultancy company.

Will has taught many industry courses both GBTA and ACTE.  He was an adjunct professor of the Wharton School of Business of the University of Houston and of the University of Virginia and has presented on corporate travel management topics worldwide. He was a recurring columnist for Fast Company magazine.   He has served on the advisory boards of the Institute for Business Travel Management, various airlines and hotel chains.  He currently serves on the industry advisory board of Business Travel Media Group, the parent company of Business Travel News, The Beat, etc.

In his consulting role, he has created (and is so noted in the Copyrights) two measuring methods for determining travel management effectiveness and contribution to the organization.

TBTA Cares!

Our beloved communities have been impacted significantly by the tornado outbreak in the early morning hours of March 3. Our hearts go out to all of those who have been affected and we want to do our part to help.

If you have been directly affected or know of any members of the Tennessee BTA who have been directly affected, please let us know as soon as possible so we can pull our resources together and pitch in.

Additionally, if you are attending the meeting on Tuesday, March 10, and would like to donate what you can to the recovery fund, you are encouraged to bring cash and checks. The Tennessee BTA will be matching ALL donations collected on Tuesday.

Please note that photos are taken at TBTA meetings and events. Photos may be used on the TBTA website and social media. Please advise a TBTA Board Member if you wish to not be in a photo.
